Chicago Recovering Communities Coalition

The Chicago Recovering Communities Coalition (CRCC) is a peer-led organization serving a predominantly Black and Hispanic population in need of support in their recovery from substance use disorder. Funding from FORE will enable the organization to enhance its capacity to deliver prevention, treatment, Harm Reduction strategies, and recovery services. CRCC will upgrade its data collection and reporting infrastructure, develop a fundraising plan, and launch a targeted outreach campaign that addresses misperceptions of OUD, treatment, and recovery and presents a more diverse picture of people in recovery.
