Recovery: Passion, Power, Purpose

Maggie’s Place provides housing, wraparound services, and other resources to homeless, pregnant, and parenting women in Phoenix, AZ. Leaders developed the “Recovery: Passion, Power, Purpose” program to support the large share of clients with opioid use disorder. The program seeks to meet women’s physical, emotional, and mental health needs while connecting them to long-term treatment for opioid use disorder. FORE funding will enable Maggie’s Place to hire a second licensed counselor to offer therapy and help lead support groups focused on grief, recovery, parenting, and healthy relationships.
