Drug Use and Overdose Among Children and Youth

On July 26, 2023, the Foundation for Opioid Response Efforts (FORE) convened a program advisory meeting in New York City to identify gaps in the continuum of supports for children and youth who use drugs and/or are at risk of overdose from accidental or intentional exposure to fentanyl and other opioids. The participants were asked to provide recommendations and guidance on the role the foundation could play in advancing work in this area through grantmaking, convening, and information dissemination.
